Orders are custom and hand made fresh at the time of order, and usually will be processed and shipped within one to two business days.

Customized products require 2 days to process and prepare. They are shipped on the next business day.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS)

Shipping costs vary by order size, but standard shipping on small orders should cost around $5.00-$10.00.

Custom Made Items:
Bloom Water Bath does not accept returns for all custom made items unless these were incorrect or defective when received.

Non-custom and Full-Priced Items:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer a refund on the UNUSED and UNOPENED item(s) within 14 days of your original purchase date.
