Refund & Returns Policy

Custom Made Items:

Bloom Water Bath does not accept returns for all custom made items unless these were incorrect or defective when received.

Non-custom and Full-Priced Items:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer a refund on the UNUSED and UNOPENED item(s) within 14 days of your original purchase date.

Return Process:

To place a return, e-mail info@bloombath.com with the following information:

  1. Customer name
  2. Order number
  3. Item(s) to be returned
  4. Reason for return

We will respond with an Authorization Number and address to where your purchase may be returned. To prevent damages, please ship the item(s) back in the original packaging including the Authorization Number and Pack Slip. Once the item(s) is received, a refund in the original form of payment will be issued.

Damages and Mis-ships:

If an item is damaged or incorrectly shipped, please email info@bloomwaterbath.com with the following information within 14 days of the original date of purchase:

  1. Customer name
  2. Order number
  3. Photo of damaged item
  4. Description item(s) missing or damaged.

We will respond with an Authorization Number and address to where your purchase may be returned. To prevent damages, please ship the item(s) back in the original packaging including the Authorization Number and Pack Slip. Once the item(s) is received, a refund in the original form of payment will be issued.
